Jeanne Cygnus, IBCLC, RLC
President, Lactation Consultant

Jeanne Cygnus, IBCLC, RLC, has been working with breastfeeding moms, babies, and their families since 1995.
Jeanne runs an independent lactation clinic in Mundelein Il, where she helps moms and babies with all manner of breastfeeding challenges. She works with moms one-on-one, teaches classes, hosts support groups, and provides breastpumps and other breastfeeding products to families throughout northeastern Illinois and southeast Wisconsin.
After seeing the struggles that moms went through when it came time to go back to work, Jeanne and another local lactation consultant began to work on creating LactCorp Solutions. Together they came up with a basic model of care that focuses on providing cost-effective and personal support for businesses and their employees. Since then, she has followed her own vision, becoming the sole-entrepreneur of LactCorp Solutions, and expanding services to fully meet the needs of young and growing families. She and her staff help businesses provide the best possible support for their employees and families!

Jane Madaj, IBCLC, RLC (International Board Certified, Registered Lactation Consultant) has been helping breastfeeding moms and families for 25 years. She breastfed her own three children, now 25, 23 and 19, started her career as a LaLeche League leader, and worked in her own doctor's practice as a breastfeeding counselor. She then joined a large private practice serving the Chicagoland area, where she became an IBCLC in 1998. Jane also has extensive experience working in the Public Health sector, as the Lactation Consultant for the WIC program in DuPage County, one of the largest in Illinois. She happily joined the LactCorp staff, knowing the challenges that some mothers have faced while pumping in the work place and continuing to breastfeed, as she herself faced those same challenges 25 years ago when returning to work with her first child. Jane has recently started working in private practice again, as well.
Jane is a member of the International Lactation Consultant Association, the United States Lactation Consultant Association, the Northern Illinois Lactation Consultant Association, where she served as a past board member, and LaLeche League International.
When not working, Jane enjoys spending time with her 95 year old father, still sharp as a whistle, reading, connecting with old friends on Facebook,, visiting her two oldest girls who live out of state, and watching her son play college baseball.
